Regular Meetings

We strive to facilitate a safe, respectful environment where people with social anxiety can receive support and advice from each other.

The meetings are now held on Saturdays at 4pm at:

Mood Disorders Association of Ontario
36 Eglinton Avenue West
Suite 602
Toronto, ON, M4R 1A1
Starting from Yonge and Eglinton, walk west on Eglinton Ave, on the north side on the street.  It only takes a few minutes to get there. When you arrive at the front door of the building, enter by pushing the disabled entrance button. Take the elevator to the 6th floor.  See you there. For more information about the meetings, you can contact Rama at 416-966-3309.

What happens at the meetings?
Do you want to find out what the meetings are like before attending? One of our members has written a great description of what happens at the meetings, and after the meetings. Our thanks to Kevin for putting this together.

Too shy to come to the group?
Do you feel too anxious to come out to the group meetings?  Would you like more information before your first meeting?  Not ready for social situations?  If this describes you, and you would like to meet on an individual basis with one of our facilitators, then contact Rama at socialphobiagroup@yahoo.com. We can answer any questions you have about the group and about taking the first steps in dealing with social anxiety.
